Is is possible to redeem points if you already made the purchase but didn't get the points?

I am very new to Sephora and I made a purchase today and said I didn't have a account and said no to creating one but later when I got home I remembered that I did indeed have one. Is it possible to still get the points from my purchase?

It all so depends on what you want all 100 point items need to be redeem with a purchase and maybe even 250 points might be in it as well. But I believe if it is 500 point or more they will ship it with no purchase needed. But they might be able to add it as long as they haven’t shipped your item yet and they still have it. But like the other person said call customer service and ask.
