Is being a Rouge level Royalty or a Rip-off

I’ve read other threads about this because I was curious as well and you’re right, the Play boxes are not the minty gift of being Rouge. I read that they email a code for a VIB/Rouge gift but you have to claim it with a purchase and they go really fast because they don’t make enough available for everyone. I was really excited about the possibility of attending events but learned that not every Rouge member actually gets invited, many people don’t. You have to be very active in the online community and in the store in your area where the events are hosted. On the side panel I noticed you there were special products that only rouge members could purchase but there was only one lip gloss in one shade when I looked. I would love if Sephora would revamp their rewards program to ensure their customers felt heard and appreciated
