Is anyone else having problems with Sephora not sending their "gift with $x purchase" when ordering online?

Hey all,

I made an order recently that was over $35...I used the readytojet promo code, and they didn't send the bag at all... I really wanted to try several of the items in there  and when I called customer service, all they did was offer me 100 reward points. I

On top of that, the two samples I selected were wrong and things I can't use, so I have to throw them away. This is not the first time something like this has happened. Am I just really unlucky and Sephora hates me, or does this happen to other people? I find it a bit misleading that they don't deliver what they specifically advertise, and I'm getting super frustrated as a result. Just wanted to see if I was the only one 😞

In case anyone reads this later: the emails I received about this issue were prompt and resolved my concern right away - maybe the phone rep wasn't on the best day, but the web support folks were lovely and very helpful in getting the bag to me. Thanks, guys!
