Is anyone else having issues with the app?

Hi everyone, I've been having issues with the app. It won't select items to look at or buy. I can often select one of the colors but the others I can't select them and can't buy them. I have a Samsung galaxy note ultra I think. Any ideas of how I can fix it? 

 

Also I made a purchase but didn't get any of the samples I ordered- none at all.

@greeneyeartist I'm not able to reply to your PM, as they are not enabled on your side. You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser.
