Is Sephora extending return policy due to canada post strike?

I placed an order and its showing delivery for Jan 17th!! Does anyone know if they are making exceptions to the standard 30days return policy??

I am aware of the extended holiday return policy but I believe that is only until Jan 30th. If I get my package around the 17th it doesn't give me much time to actually try the products.

I have the same question - I don't want to be using products sitting in I don't know where until Canada Post picks it up so I'll be returning what I purchased. But how as we supposed to do that if we don't receive our packages till 30 days has passed? Are you forcing ppl to take store credit instead?
