Thanks for responding! First, for future reference, can you please inform me how to go about accessing any 'private messages' I might receive? I assumed I would do so via going to profile & clicking 'msgs' but that didn't work.

Hi @Anngelique,

I sincerely apologize about this. If I'm not tagged in a post, unfortunately, I'm unable to see the post immediately. To access your private messages on a desktop site, on the top right corner where it says "Hi ____", underneath, please click "Profile". When you're on your profile, in the middle section, there are two boxes. One box on the left says "Notifications" and the box on the right says "Messages", please click the "Messages" Box and you'll be able to access your private messages there. I hope this information helps.
