Is PayPal No longer accepted?

Hi, i inquired about this yesterday and never got an answer on weather Sephora is still accepting PayPal?? Is this a website issue or is Sephora no longer accepting PayPal on Sephora.com? I rather not use my Credit card online if I don’t have to. I want to place an order before before my item sells out. I already submitted screenshots and someone was helping me with this but haven’t answered me if paypal is no longer accepted or not? Please advise. Thank you!

This just happened to me. My debit card number was stolen so I have to use PayPal while I wait for a new card. I couldn't understand why the option to use PayPal wasn't there when the accounts are connected. As soon as I removed the two hazmat items (sunscreen and dry shampoo) because I wanted Flash shipping and not Ground, I had the option to check out with PayPal, and that's when I realized that was also the problem with not having PayPal as an option. This is really inconvenient. Going to have to use a work around.

I found out what it is - anything considered hazardous (like aerosol cans), that require standard shipping, will not let you use paypal. This makes no sense but if you remove the restricted item paypal will reappear. Wish sephora would fix this...

Thanks for posting this. I had to remove the DryBar Triple Sec sample from the YOUPICK promo, and then the Paypal option reappeared. Very frustrating to not be able to order what you want.

Sephora should be posting a warning to customers so they don't have to come to the forums to figure out what is going on.

Having the same issue and an issue error with a card that should be working fine (also cleared that it isn't cc company), something is up!

i have done that and I even tried using different devices. PayPal option is missing. It worked earlier on the day yesterday but the option disappeared and still on there today.

Ya, it’s very strange! Try removing all the items from your cart and adding something totally different. 

I tried that it turned out, for some reason, any item from Nails Inc doesn’t work for PayPal checkout. I removed it and the PayPal checkout appeared again. 

It’s odd, I advised customer service and they are going to look into it. 

So yeah, it might just be a particular item in your cart.

Thanks for this tip, I was having the same problem (PayPal checkout button disappearing) and when I removed one of the items from my basket (dry shampoo!?) it reappeared.

I wanted to buy some Deborah Lipmann nail polish, and I got no PayPal option. The moment I removed the nail polish, the Paypal appeared. I am sad as Sephora store dropped nail polishes and if I try to buy online there is no paypal option. I hope Sephora fixes this.
