Is OMGSAMPLES working for anyone?

It looks like tons of people are having issues with this and other promos. It isn’t just Canada—I’m in the U.S. Has anyone had luck with this?

Not working for me. I am in Canada and when I spoke with a Sephora rep they said it was US only. I told the rep that it clearly states US and CAN on the website and she had zero clue what was going on and talked to me like I was an idiot. I’m close to breaking up with Sephora as there are better prices for their products elsewhere.
