Invalid phone number

I can't proceed to checkout as it stated invalid phone number when I try to save my shipping address

Hi @lily711,

I recommend ensuring that you're accessing the correct site for where you're shipping to (US or Canada). On the app, please click your name/photo icon near the bottom center of the screen then scroll down to App Settings. Please select the appropriate country. On the browser, please exit the checkout area, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the appropriate country. You should be able to enter your 10-digit phone number.
