Invalid gift card at checkout

Ive been attempting to use two Sephora gift cards purchased through JCPenney around Christmas and they keep coming back as invalid upon checkout. I called customer service and was transferred to JCP customer service but was unsuccessful and reaching someone who can help. I’d like to make this purchase but don’t know what to do for the gift cards

Hi @Anonymous - I'm sorry for the confusion! Gift cards purchased through JCPenney cannot be used on Sephora.com, but can be used on the JCPenney Sephora store front on their website. Please visit the JCP site for further assistance.
