International credit card

Hi, I'm living in Japan and I've been trying numerous times to order using my Japanese credit card but it kept saying it's unable to process the order with the information provided even though all the card number, expiration date, name and the security code is correct. There should be no problem with my credit card itself since I've used it for online transaction before. Need a little help here. Thanks!
