I'm a VIB rouge in the states but I'm currently in South Korea. Tried to order using the 20% off code but the code doesn't work? I saw some post on here saying "Your Rouge status will be applied to orders shipped to the listed countries." how come mine doesn't work? I also noticed that I can redeem my beauty insider rewards but when I click on check out they all disappear for some reason. Please get back to me ASAP.

Regretfully, the 20% discount cannot be applied to international orders, at this time. But if you'd like to ship your package to an address in the U.S., you will be able to apply the discount at checkout. Additionally, currently, it doesn't look like any rewards can be shipped internationally due to customs and shipping regulations. I'm sorry for the inconvenience!
