Instore transaction not shown in the account. ! please help!

Hi I recently turn vib rouge, most of the time i purchase instore and barely returned.

and couple times purchase online.

until one day  i decided to returned and i lost my receipt they said they can look it up but they found no transactions at all. but when i looked from my apps.

i saw the store transactions! this happened many times when they tried to look me up from my phone but found nothing!!!

it also said that i already received the welcome kit the rouge status but i never received any rouge card!!

very confusing!!
