I’m only $279 short of reaching VIB status. If I spend that on this cart will I get bumped to 15% off for this week’s sale? I’m assuming I’d have to spend the money, reach VIB and then future orders would qualify for 15% off?

That's correct! You will receive the Beauty Insider 10% discount until you reach VIB status. After you reach VIB status, your next orders would receive the 15% VIB discount. Please note that your spend applies to the subtotal of purchases and does not include shipping costs or taxes.
