Insider rewards

Thursday... right on time... I scored an item (1000 points) and tried checking out five times. Finally, your system errored me out until the item showed SOLD OUT. What a joke. Order more 'rewards' for your dedicated customers!

Similarly disappointed. I’ve been watching the higher tier rewards for months. The higher tier drops are few and far between, despite saying new rewards get released twice a week. They means like just 1 new 100 pt product gets dropped. There definitely needs to be more frequent releases and increased stock made available for rewards members, and imho notification for rouge members on rewards drop days so you don’t have to sit and wait and set and alarm. Not paying a premium for a lottery as a reward - not paying for the CHANCE at a reward. Points expire too. So how long until I can actually use them, or do I just end up losing them?

Right, Ithe exact same thing happened,  like WTF, big slap to the face. This has happened to me every single time. I have thousands of points and can't even use them, like the heck is the stupid point system worth if I can't use them for what I want. To hell with sephora, ulta has a much better rewards system. If there is anything I want from a brand that ulta doesn't have,  I'm just gonna go straight to the brands website.
