From reading these posts, I can see that a lot of people are unhappy about the onetime use online for the current sale, and I get that it is because online it is a promo code. Would it be possible in the future for the discount to populate automatically during the sale timeframe based on our membership level? This would allow for multiple online uses and mean we can also enter a promo code (the reason I am not shopping the sale is because when I shop Sephora online, it is to get one of the awesome GWPs).

I too agree that the 20% online offer for Rouge members should be applicable for the duration of the sale rather than solely one time. I have much better experiences shopping through the app and online than I do at Sephora retail stores.
