I just received an update in my points and I just lost 1.000 points. Has this happened to anyone else??

Yes. I talked to costumer service and my points are going to be back. Still don’t understand what happened but they were super nice and fast 😊

@Steff002 Has it been a year since you used any points?  If so, you lose them if there is no activity in a year.
