I have been saving my Sephora points for YEARS and typically spend hundreds of dollars each year.  I logged in and realized all of my points were gone!  I had over 4000 points erased from my account?!  I have purchased makeup within the last year so I’m not sure why? Please credit my points back to my account. If I need to redeem annually I can.  This is disheartening to do to loyal customers, especially with how the economy is.

I just saw that my points expired, too. I didn’t have nearly as many as you. But, i feel like i’ve been accruing them since i was 16. 

Does anyone know why they expired ?

Points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward  or the birthday gift. I'll look into this then send you a PM.
