Insider Points Cancelled

I just took a peek to see what free Birthday Gifts were being offered this month...and then my stomach sank as soon as I saw my Insider points were removed due to inactivity. I’ve been an Beauty Insider for decades. I don’t buy as much as I used to, but taking away what I did have made me very sad.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Please note, points will expire if the account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward or the birthday gift. I'll take a look further then send you a PM.
