Indiana Classes for everything

Hello Everyone,

I am not new to Sephora, however I am hoping that one day my daughter and myself would be privledged to attend a free course in make up , hair, and beauty.

We always purchase, but every time the classes are booked or its a special occasion and we can not enjoy that gratifying opportunity.

My daughter & I have health problems and we have certain days were we are unable to attend anything, but a Doctors bed.

My birthday went by Dec 21st and my coupons expire bc I had several doctors appointment and the Christmas rush does not help.

My daughter has the same situation with her health.  I am totally grateful, because she will graduate this year and was accepted to a good college.

It is my wish that our milestones can be remembered with Sephora, but I have yet to write a great experience that everyone one envy.

So here is wishing a Fantatsic 2019 and hope that Sephora would help people near Indiana to be content with their business bc it could be so much better.

My daughter needs to purchase foundation, and doesnt know which is best.  I made a purchase this month and hoped for perfume samples so I can determine if I would like a new fragnace unforunately, I did not get ther samples I requested.  Customer service did give me points but no samples.  Go figure!  They never give me any samples at the Torrence IL stores, or Merriville Indiana.  

I wish I could be a great consumer to Sephora, but I need to be highly convinced.  So far, not so good.
