Incorrect shipping address

I placed my order at 1 AM PT. My default shipping address is correct but I see that my order will be getting shipped to the old address. Is that a bug in the UI? I would like to change the shipping address to the default one which I see in my account or cancel my order. I do not see any cancel button and the representatives are not available at this time. Could you please help me with changing the shipping address or canceling the order?
