Incorrect Samples Received

Not a huge deal but am very disappointed not even one of my requested sample choices were sent as I was very much looking forwarding to trying them.  Instead I received a man’s cologne sample, and 2 different foundation samples.  Does this happen often?  My order confirmation, showed my requests correctly and sent.

Yes it is a regular thing now! I never get any of the samples I pick. The worst thing though, is last year I redeemed my birthday gift (the Tarte set if I recall correctly) and they sent me a mens jack black shaving cream 😞

Yep, that's a big problem now.  I use to make decisions on ordering by samples offered.  Can't use that anymore--you won't get what you selected.

Yes, it happens all the time.When they run out of samples that you have requested they substitute other ones. I almost never get the samples I asked for. Sometimes I’ll get one. Almost never will I get all three. That’s OK. They’re free so we’re not paying for them.
