Incorrect Items Received

is there any suggestions given when you receive an incorrect order? Four days ago I order the Atelier Cologne Pomelo Paradis. When I received my order yesterday night, I got a bumble and bumble hair conditioner. Note that Atelier Cologne no longer sells in the US market and it’s not sold anywhere that holds its authenticity. Is there any solutions other than asking to get refund?

I'm sorry to hear you received the incorrect item! I see that a refund was processed because the item you originally ordered was not in stock; because the item is not available, we're not able to offer a reshipment. I'm so sorry for your order experience!
