Incomplete order

I just recently received a package from Sephora with 2 free samples missing. I got only 1 out of 3 and I really was looking forward for those that you didn't send me, because I wanted to try them before buying a full size product. this was my first online order with Sephora, so I am a bit dissapointed...

I had that happen to me this last purchase from them. I really wanted to try that smash box primer, but never got it. There was a couple things I didn’t get. I know it’s free & it’s samples, but they help me decide what I’m buying!
