Incomplete address, item being returned to sender.

Hi! This is Selina. I really need someone to help me with my order. Since i forgot to put my unit number on the address, it has been returned back to the sender. I have called the customer service, they just said they cant do anything! they just replace my order with things in stock, but i got SEPHORA FAVOURITE give me more lips and superstar set, they are sold out right now. Can you update the address and resend it? I also placed another two orders without unit number but they have not been shipped yet (pending), Someone PLS help me....
