In store refund ... not reflected yet

On Friday, I went to sephora in jc penny to refund a product. It is still not reflected in my debit card account. How long does this process normally take?

A refund can take 7-10 business days to be reflected in your financial account depending on your financial institution. As this transaction took place in store, I recommend contacting the store directly for further assistance. I hope this helps!

It should have been nearly immediate, did you have your receipt or did you order it online? If you don't have your receipt when returning products you'll just receive Sephora credit rather than a refund same for online orders
