In-store points won't show up online

I have purchase many items in store and i've gained a lot of points over the past year. But when i log on my account on the app, it says that i have 0 points and my purchase history is empty. The only thing that shows up is the free birthday gift i got. 

 Can someone please help???

I'm also having this problem. I have made all of my purchases in store and I own a BI card. I decided to make an account online but when I entered all my information it said I had 0 points. Can you please help me?
