In-store points not showing up

Hi, I am using the email I used to set up my rewards account at the store when I made a purchase but I do not see the in-store points I earned. Could you rectify this? Also, could you link my phone number to the account? The store cashier said I can use my phone number to add points when I make a purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your item, you are welcome to make a return or exchange with proof of purchase. If you return within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment. If your return is made 31-60 days after the purchase, you can do an exchange or get a merchandise credit in store.
