In store perk facial

I just used my rewards points to claim the instore perk facial, however I am not able to book it through the website or app. Any ideas? Thanks

It’s not that the date is unavailable it is that I can’t get to the right page to even select a date and confirm it. Whenever it takes me to the page it says error and this is both from the mobile app and I also tried on Sephora.com as well with no luck
