In store credit to online credit?

I have a couple of in store credit cards but the items I want are not sold in a store near me, is there a way I can transfer the in store credit to online credit? I was unaware that Sephora changed their return policy to 30 days, I thought it was 60 and I'm just confused on why the credit can either only be used online or in store???

If all you need is a driver's license to verify my in-store credit, then you should be able to take the in-store credit on a phone order. 

NO ONE is going to your stores right now. This sounds like a class action lawsuit with all of the complaints. It is unethical to refuse store credit (which was issued when returning online orders).

My apologies, at this time store merchandise credit cannot be redeemed online. However it will never expire and can be redeemed in stores.
