In need of advice

Placed an order last Friday, with an overnight shipping method, and due to be delivered this Tuesday (yesterday). Today I logged in and tried tracking my order, but it was in a unsuccessful authorization status, with a pending shipping, and as the estimated delivery is on Friday, I want to modify the order. However I cannot find how to do that. Already senti an email, but I’m desperate: I won’t be on said date at the shipping address. Please help! Thank you.
