To whom it may concern,

My name is Daria Denysenko and I am a Development Assistant at Ohio Valley Voices. We are a non-profit in Cincinnati that teaches children who are deaf or hard of hearing to speak and listen through the use of hearing aids and cochlear implants. 

We are having a Fashion Show with a collaboration from University of Cincinnati DAAP program in September as a fundraiser and all of the funds are going to support Ohio Valley Voices children. At the Fashion Show we are going to give out swag bags to attendees. 

I wanted to reach out to see if we could get a donation of samples to include in every swag bag (1 sample per bag). We are expecting 400 people at the event.
