Are we allowed to receive any product free samples at Sephora locations? I recently visited Sephora at the Liberty station, address 2445 Truxtun road suite 101. I went inside to pick up my mobile order I was walking around looking for a product to help with my under eye dark circles. An employee asked me if I needed help and she recommended me the Biossance Squalene Eye serum. I asked if I can take a small sample home as I saw it was pricey and I would like to see how it works before I purchase. She told me unfortunately they are not able to give ourt free samples of that product and told me I can purchase it and return it if I don’t like it and to check reviews online. I don’t understand how this helps Sephora and me as a customer as I would have to drive back if I wanted to return a used product. Has anyone else experienced this sort of customer care at any Sephora location? I consider myself a valued customer, I constantly purchase products for myself and gifs for friends and family. I’m a VIB member and have the Sephora credit card.
