In Store Event

I signed up for a Drunk Elephant “in store” event.   Received a confirmation email with registration number.  Email advised to arrive 10 minutes early to check in.   Asked that if I couldn’t attend to please cancel 24 hours in advance,    I arrived early as instructed and the staff looked at me with blank stares.  Had NO IDEA there was  an advertised event.   They showed me a couple products which they knew little about.  Total waste of my time.    Obviously a ploy to get me in the store.   It’s Ulta for me!!

Same thing happened to me for a skinfix event, i registered because i am in love with the brand and they said there was going to ge a free gift, never received anything. I seemed to be the only one who knew about the event.

Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago! It was for The Ordinary and it even said there would be a gwp, no one in the store knew anything about it. I don’t understand why they create such events only to disappoint us later
