Images not loading on app or mobile web - iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 12

I saw someone else post this 3 weeks ago, so I know I'm not alone. For the past month or so, I have been unable to load any images in the app or on mobile web. I'm on an iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 12. My app version is the latest 18.8. The mobile web issue persists on both Safari and Chrome. 

I've re-installed the app a few times, rebooted my phone, and cleared my browser data. Have also tried using cellular data and WiFi both at home and at work. It doesn't seem to be a connectivity issues. 

Any suggestions?

this has been happening to me for weeks! I check daily and even right now nothing nada. I’ve reported it to corporate and they haven’t fixed it. I used to be rouge but this jankiness and the indifference of the team is part of why I only made a couple purchase last year and zero this year vs $1100 previously. 

Sigh and then they wonder media reports why sales have declined sharply
