IT Cosmetics Reward - 1500 Points

I used 1500 points to get the IT cosmetics reward, but only received two out of the three cc creams. I received the bag, the cc cream, and the nude glow cc cream. I did not receive the third cc cream; which I believe was the oil free one. Is it being sent separately? Can someone please assist?
