IN STORE PURCHASES NOT SHOWING ONLINE

HI MY INSTORE Purchase at a NYC sephora location is not showing up.

I need to contact the location to see the products they used on me.

I am having the same issue, my points were corrected but when I brought up that my year to date spending was not updated the first rep said it would be corrected within 2-3 business days. I waiting 8 just to not be pushy and today when I inquired on the delay another representative very rudely told me that it would not be updated because it was an in store purchase but that all purchases count toward my YTD spending and that once I spend the  remain $300 this year to contact them to make my account Rouge. I am currently a Rouge member and feel that the way that particular representative handle that interaction was completely unacceptable. Why would my in store purchase not count it has in the past. I’m not trying to be horrible but that representative has me very frustrated.

I'm very sorry for any misinformation you received and appreciate your feedback. To clarify, we are unable to make any edits to your year-to-date spend. If you have a missing store purchase that was not added to your account, we can ensure that the details are noted in your account so the purchase can go towards your Rouge renewal. We invite you to contact us when you reach the appropriate year-to-date-spend, so we may have your account upgraded accordingly.
