IN PROCESS.....

Anyone have any luck getting your order shipped? Like a lot of you I placed an order Jan 13th and it still says I process. This was my first online order. Does this happen frequently?

Yes! I am having the same problem. I would have bought my items from ulta, because they had them in stock, but Sephora promised it would be delivered by the 18th... I donโ€™t find it realistic that it hasnโ€™t even shipped yet and Iโ€™ll get it by tomorrow. Not happy.

i ordered my stuff jan 12th and its still processing ๐Ÿ˜ž and normally it doesnt take this long to ship, but for the past couple months it has.
