I was charged twice!!!!

Hello I was recently charged twice for my order but the weird thing is that there's a $10 difference in the 2 charges to my account and the 2 different order confirmations I revived as well one including the Sephora flash subscription I subscribed to and one not including the subscription but still including the 2 day flash shipping I would like an answer to why this happened.

The same thing happened to me!!

It must be just an authorization, the 2nd transaction will fall back in your account in 1 to 7 business days. I have experienced that. It only happens in flash orders.

It happened to me and mine wasnt a flash order.... so your theory is wrong

Thank you for adding this comment. It made me feel a little better because Sephora hasn't replied to my emails about this mistake. I really hope this plays out easily! This is still completely frustrating. What if I had purchased $300 worth of products, and my card took out another $290. This error could leave people overdrawn, and it takes a week or so for most banks to reverse charges like this.

I just overdrafted because of this. This has NEVER happened to me. the first order is showing as a post, and this new charge is showing as a pre-authorization, they already charged me immediately after placing the order... why would they charge me AGAIN once it ships?!?!?!???? Now my bank account is negative. THANKS SEPHORA never shopping here again

This JUST happened to me today. I placed an order two days ago (the order includes the Sephora Flash subscription), and I was charged twice yet there is a $10 difference between both of the charges. I am so glad that I found this post! I just sent customer service an email. How did they resolve this for you?
