I was charged the same amount twice. is this normal?

i placed an order online not too long ago,

and it shows that one order was placed on my sephora account.

however, my online bank statement shows that i was charged the same amount twice. is this normal? 

how do i get this fixed?

@Anonymous When you place an order a pending authorization is placed on your account and your card is charged at the time your order ships. I will be happy to take a look and will send you a PM.
