I was charged for a purchase that never happened

I just made an order on your website. After going through the process, i pressed the process button and was told that there was an error in processing my order. I went to check the information and nothing was incorrect, so I went to place it again. I used a $50 gift card and payed the remaining balance on my visa. When I went to reorder it told me the gift card was now invalid and there was a balance of $0 on it. So I checked to see if the order went through. It doesn’t say anywhere it did and it’s been five hours and I haven’t seen a confirmation email, but my credit card was charged. I’m kinda pissed because yeah the $6 will be refunded but how the hell am I going to get my gift card back? That’s a little sketchy and tbh I probably won’t be using your site anymore considering you pretty much stole $56 from me. I’d like this solved soon. Thanks,

@MaliBT I called customer service this morning and the resolved the issue for me. Thank you so much though!!
