I want to refund an e-gift card.

Hello!
Can I refund an e-gift card? I bought it to myself but I could not buy anything from the website. All of my orders were cancelled. I placed the orders from Thailand. I put the US address for my shipping address. There has have an issue about can we buy products from Sephora.com. Someone here said that they could buy products if they used an e-gift card. So I tried to do the same. I used my Thai paypal to buy my e-gift card. The progression was successful. It didn't refuse my payment for the e-gift card, so I thought that it would be okay if I use that card to place my orders even though I'm not in the US. Now I don't know what shall I do to my card because I cannot use it anymore. It's not useful to me. I just want my money back. I'm looking forward to get some help.

Hello Zanna,

Thank you for your suggestion. I contacted them last week and my problem was resolved. My eGift card was reissued and sent to my cousin in the U.S.
