I recieved a used Inkey List product

I recently received the BHA serum from the Inkey List in the mail, and about a third of the bottle was missing. There was also no safety seal sticker on the box of the packaging. After coming to the conclusion that I was ultimately sent a used product, I don't feel comfortable using this on my face. Is there any way sephora could replace my order? The thought that I could be using somebody else's skincare is disgusting, and I was looking forwards to getting rid of my clogged pores.

This exact same thing happened to me! No safety seal as one would expect, just as much gone from the bottle as in these photos. Can someone help?
