I purchased the Diorshow Iconic Overcurl Set on April 22 and the mascara is dry and clumpy just after 2 uses. I request a refund.

I purchased the Diorshow Iconic Overcurl Set on April 22 with my rouge account and the mascara is dry and clumpy just after 2 uses. I request a refund, thank you for your help. I used the mascara twice and it was dry from the start, seems defective to me. Please message me.
