I need to file a complaint about a store

I am constantly purchasing things online for pickup at Sephora, however these has been multiple times where my order gets cancelled because "the item is no longer in stock" this is extremely frustrating, especially when trying to snag a sale item. I want a discount code so I can go to the store and repurchase this item.
