I need sephora refund my money back!

Hello, i have odered something from sephora maybe 3 days ago. It says that, my order authorisation is unsuccessfull. I have paid it by paypal but my money did not came back to me. It`s still pending on paypal. What should i do? Sephora, give me my money back
