I’m not receiving emails from Sephora

I don’t even remember when they stop coming. I recently became VIB and see that I can get minis and that I will receive emails regarding that, but I don’t receive any emails at all. I don’t remember blocking Sephora from my email.

Me too! In fact my whole account is gone (able to be accessed by phone number in store) but can't log in or receive emails so I've had to create a new account AND I'm missing out on the current $15 off $50 promo - please fix this and send the promo
