I’m missing points. How do I obtain them?

Hi, I purchased some Fenty Beauty items Saturday and showed the manager my beauty insider card and it prompted her to give me my birthday gift and she told me that I had accumulated x amount of points and asked if I wanted to spend them that day or save them. I said that I’d rather save them. But they are not showing up on my account. Thanks in advance!
