I’m frustrated with my order

I don’t know why, but my orders have been canceled lately. I ordered 2 perfumes and a benefit kit yesterday, the order was cancelled, so I ordered it again, but with another credit card, and it was cancelled again. I’m sure that the problem isn’t with my informations, neither the card. Let me know what happened
