I hate those useless samples I didn't chose!

Recently ordering from Sephora has been a joke! I had 4 online orders based on their samples and points given to receive the items I picked but every single time, either there are NO samples included or they throw in a bunch of useless samples that are irrelevant to me because I would have pick them if i want them. I had all 3 hair masks and I want to try the skincare products instead. I think someone at Sephora fulfillment center need to wake up and do their job. Make sure when the sample run out, they swap another sample online so customers wouldn't keep picking them not knowing. I went back to the website and the sample is still showing up!!! It's not that hard at all. Either they don't even look at the samples picked and just throw whatever and this looks really bad on Sephora. I really get pissed off when i received the orders to be honest because it made me lost trust and faith in my orders which was suppose to be a wonderful experience!

It states right on the website that they reserve the right to substitute samples if they are out of stock so that you still receive something. the samples however are not guaranteed. It's awful that you have not been receiving them but they are free samples and they ran out of stock of the ones you wanted. Like I said so that you still receive them you are sent others in placement of that.
